1. Data Collection

EpicGameOTW [the "Bot"] is designed for tactical information extraction regarding the Epic Games Store. To function, the Bot collects the following minimal data points:

• Guild IDs and Channel IDs: Stored to identify where "Free Game" intel should be transmitted.
• User IDs: Processed temporarily during command interactions [/setup-epicgameotw] to verify administrative permissions.

2. Data Usage

Data is used strictly for the purpose of identifying authorized "Drop Zones" [channels] for weekly game updates. We do not sell, trade, or share your server data with outside operatives or third-party organizations.

3. Data Retention

• Settings Data: Retained as long as the Bot is present in your server. If the Bot is kicked, data remains in a dormant state but can be manually purged upon request.
• Cached Intel: Game IDs are stored to prevent redundant transmissions [double-posting].

4. Data Deletion

Server administrators may request full data extraction or deletion by contacting the lead operative via the official support channels.
