By authorizing the EpicGameOTW operative into your server, you agree to these Terms. You acknowledge that this Bot is a fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubisoft [Splinter Cell] or Epic Games.

2. Proper Usage

• Authorized Access: You must have "Manage Channels" permissions to configure the Bot's drop zones.
• Non-Interference: Users shall not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Bot's tactical loops or API connections.

3. Service Availability

While we strive for 24/7 uptime via persistent hosting, we are not liable for "Comms Blackouts" [downtime] caused by API changes from Epic Games or Discord's infrastructure.

4. Limitation of Liability

The developers of EpicGameOTW are not responsible for any missed "Extractions" [free games] or any data loss resulting from the use of this service. Use of the Bot is "as-is."

5. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Bot for any server found to be abusing the service or violating Discord's primary Terms of Service.
